If you are still unable to login, please email CS3@strathcraft.com so we can resolve the issue. Remember to tell us the school you're representing and make sure you are trying to login using your main school email address.

Note that we have reverted all school email logins to the domain @tvdsb.ca

First time signing in? Follow these steps:

1.             Enter your school’s email address in the Account Sign In field. ONLY ONE ACCOUNT PER SCHOOL. (i.e. Rockstar P.S. - rockstar@tvdsb.ca)

2.             Click the “Activate” button - you DON'T have to enter a password yet.

3.             Check the email provided for an activation email. 

4.             Click the link to activate your school’s account and set your password. 

5.             Set your password and login.

Editing Orders:

·         An order placed on our website is editable and will be saved on your account and available for editing until we process it on our system (usually 1 to 2 days).

·         If you need to change something after that, please email us right away or reply to our Order Approval Email.

Please review EVERYTHING on your order Approval, such as quantities, ship method, Ship date and 'In Hands By' date.

Production Start Date:

·         Production begins once we receive the purchase order from the TVDSB board.

·         Upon receipt, we can commence pulling materials, creating proofs, and proceeding with production.

·         Exception in cases where payment does not need to be processed through the TVDSB board, please contact us to let us know.

Emailing Names for Awards:

·         Please organize the names in a file that can be digitally copied and pasted, such as Excel, Word, PDF, or within the body of an email.

·         Sending photos or scans may result in longer processing times and increase the possibility of misspellings during production.

Changes to Purchase Orders:

·         We can only request updates on quantities or pricing.

·         For new items, a new purchase order from the TVDSB board is required.

Submitting Inscription Names:

·         It's advisable NOT to wait until you have all the names for inscriptions.

·         Submit your order to us and the TVDSB board as soon as possible.

·         You can email us the list of names later, but the sooner we receive your order, the sooner we can begin processing it.
