If this is your first time signing in, follow these steps to set up your school’s account:
Production Start Date:
Production begins once we receive the purchase order from the TVDSB board. Upon receipt, we can commence pulling materials, creating proofs, and proceeding with production.
Exception in cases where payment does not need to be processed through the TVDSB board, please contact us to let us know.
Emailing Names for Awards:
Please organize the names in a file that can be digitally copied and pasted, such as Excel, Word, PDF, or within the body of an email.
Sending photos or scans may result in longer processing times and increase the possibility of misspellings during production.
Changes to Purchase Orders:
We can only request updates on quantities or pricing.
For new items, a new purchase order from the TVDSB board is required.
Submitting Inscription Names:
It's advisable not to wait until you have all the names for inscriptions.
Submit your order to us and the TVDSB board as soon as possible.
You can email us the list of names later on, but the sooner we receive your order, the sooner we can begin processing it.
